On-chain crypto transactions cannot be reversed once broadcast. If you send to a wrong address, or select the wrong network for your receiving wallet, your funds may be permanently lost. Always verify the address and network before sending.
Cryptocurrency prices are volatile. On a floating-rate order, the final amount you receive is calculated when your deposit confirms and may differ from the initial estimate. Fixed-rate quotes are only valid for a short window.
Swaps are facilitated through third-party liquidity infrastructure that performs automated anti-money-laundering (AML) and sanctions screening on deposits. Because blockchains are transparent, screening tools can trace the origin of funds across multiple hops. Deposits linked — directly or through intermediary wallets — to sanctioned entities, darknet markets, ransomware, or other illicit sources are likely to be flagged. Attempting to obscure the origin of such funds (for example by routing them through an intermediary wallet) does not remove the underlying trail and may itself be treated as a red flag.
You may not use Bitzood if you are located in, or acting for anyone in, a comprehensively sanctioned jurisdiction, or if you are a sanctioned person. Availability may also be limited where our liquidity partners' terms require it.
If a deposit is flagged, the resolution process is handled by the liquidity partner's compliance team, typically via the order ID and a KYC procedure. Bitzood does not control these decisions and cannot guarantee release of flagged funds. Contact support@bitzood.com with your order ID and we will point you to the right process.
