Do I need to create an account?
No. Every exchange runs as a standalone order identified by an order ID. Save the ID (it's also stored in your browser) to track or reference your swap later.
How long does an exchange take?
Typically 5–30 minutes. The biggest factor is how quickly your deposit confirms on its blockchain — Bitcoin during congestion can take longer, while faster networks usually complete within minutes.
What's the difference between float and fixed rates?
A floating rate is settled when your deposit confirms, so the final amount can shift slightly with the market. A fixed rate locks the quoted amount for a short window — you receive exactly what was shown, in exchange for a slightly wider spread.
Is there a minimum amount?
Yes, and it varies per pair — mainly to make sure network fees don't eat the swap. The widget shows the current minimum for your selected pair before you commit.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
Floating-rate orders are usually recalculated and processed at the received amount (if it's above the pair minimum). Fixed-rate orders with a mismatched deposit may be recalculated or refunded minus network fees, depending on the case. Contact support with your order ID if anything looks stuck.
Which wallets can I use?
