Frequently asked questions

Everything about swapping on Bitzood — accounts, rates, timing, and safety. Still stuck? Email support@bitzood.com.

Do I need to create an account?
No. Every exchange runs as a standalone order identified by an order ID. Save the ID to track or reference your swap later.
How long does an exchange take?
Typically 5–30 minutes. The biggest factor is how quickly your deposit confirms on its blockchain.
What's the difference between float and fixed rates?
A floating rate is settled when your deposit confirms, so the final amount can shift slightly with the market. A fixed rate locks the quoted amount for a short window in exchange for a slightly wider spread.
Is there a minimum amount?
Yes, and it varies per pair — mainly so network fees don't eat the swap. The widget shows the current minimum for your selected pair before you commit.
What happens if I send the wrong amount?
Floating-rate orders are usually recalculated and processed at the received amount if it's above the pair minimum. Fixed-rate orders with a mismatched deposit may be recalculated or refunded minus network fees. Contact support with your order ID if anything looks stuck.
Which wallets can I use?
Any wallet that can send and receive the coins involved — hardware wallets, mobile apps, desktop wallets, or a withdrawal from another platform. Make sure the receiving address matches the network shown in the widget.
Are fees included in the rate?
Yes. Network and service fees are already reflected in the estimate you see before you commit, so the amount shown is what the swap will do.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order has a live status page — waiting, confirming, exchanging, sending — and your most recent order ID is saved in your browser so you can find it again.
What networks does USDT support here?
USDT is available on multiple networks. The widget shows the network for each option (for example TRC20 on Tron). Always confirm your receiving wallet supports the same network.
Is Bitzood custodial?
No. Bitzood is non-custodial — it doesn't hold balances. Coins move from your wallet, through the exchange, to your wallet.
