This policy explains what information Bitzood handles when you use the Service.
To process an exchange, the following is handled: the coins and networks you select, the amounts, the deposit and receiving wallet addresses, and the resulting order ID and status. Blockchain transactions are inherently public on their respective networks.
Your most recent order ID may be stored locally in your browser so you can track your order. This stays on your device and is not an account.
Swaps are facilitated through third-party liquidity infrastructure, which may perform its own compliance and anti-money-laundering screening on deposits and may process transaction data under its own privacy terms.
We may use privacy-conscious analytics to understand aggregate usage (such as page views and general performance). This is used to improve the Service, not to build profiles of individuals.
A standard swap does not require an email, password, or identity documents. Be cautious of anyone claiming otherwise while impersonating Bitzood.
